They called within 30 minutes and were able to set up a same-day appointment. Upon arrival they quickly realized the fix was easy (compressor replacement) and were done within 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and the cost was far lower than what was quoted to me by the other service providers. <br /><br />The servicemen were polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
